Adrian Karczewicz, Head of Divestments for Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE, is responsible for sourcing buyers and conducting transaction processes in four CEE markets: Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Romania.

Adrian has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate market dating back to 1997 when he became an analyst at Gerald Eve International. He continued his career at Knight Frank in Warsaw, and then GE Capital Golub Real Estate. Prior to joining Skanska in 2013, he worked for Polish developer Echo Investment as director responsible for asset divestments.

While working at Skanska, Adrian and the transactions teams have divested 55 office buildings totaling EUR 3,7 bn. He has expanded Skanska’s client portfolio by 24 new buyers. Adrian was involved, among others, in the sales process of Skanska’s asset in London – the Monument office building, Neon project in Helsinki, and the divestment of the biggest asset in Skanska history: 2+U in Seattle, US.
