Agata Jurek-Zbojska

Agata Jurek-Zbrojska is a qualified legal advisor and Head of the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS – one of the largest real estate teams in Poland, comprising approximately 40 experienced lawyers. She has successfully advised on the largest real estate transactions in Poland and numerous cross-border projects, with a particular focus on office, commercial, logistics, and residential real estate at all stages of the investment process. In recent years, she has also advised on the first projects in the pioneering PRS market in Poland, negotiating both forward funding acquisition agreements and the implementation of development projects by developers. Agata’s experience includes comprehensive legal support for transactions involving local and international investors, developers, and real estate funds active in the CEE region. She specializes in strategic aspects of acquisition and sale transactions, joint ventures, structuring, and restructuring across all market segments. Agata is recommended by international legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and IFLR1000 as an expert in the real estate sector. Prior to joining CMS, she was a partner at Greenberg Traurig and previously worked with international law firms such as Hogan Lovells, Garrigues, and Salans (Dentons).
