Agnieszka Hryniewiecka-Jachowicz has c. 30 years of experience in the Polish real estate market in the fields of investment transactions, asset management and property valuations. Since 2018 she has been the Director and Board Member at the Polish Chamber of Commercial Property (PINK)- an organisation gathering developers, investors, advisors and financing institutions acting on the commercial real estate market. The main aim of PINK is to influence legislation and represent the industry in front of legislators. Since 2017 Agnieszka has also owned PROHUB Property Advisor (property valuations). Previously, from 2004-2016 she managed BZWBK TFI portfolios of two Arka property funds. Prior to that, she was director of professional services covering valuations and investment transactions in DTZ Polska.
Agnieszka has an MSc in Civil engineering (Technical University in Warsaw), and is a licensed Polish valuer and broker. She completed the Sheffield Hallam postgraduate study in property valuation and management, and has been a RICS member since 2002. She was a RICS Polska board member from 2011-2017 and has been an Accredited RICS mediator since 2016.
