Erika Birkett-May

Erika is responsible for the asset management of the Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments portfolio. Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments invests across real estate sectors and geographies in order to diversify the Grosvenor property balance sheet. Erika also leads on the responsible investment approach for the business. Prior to joining Grosvenor, Erika spent six years in Real Estate Value Advisory at PwC. Erika’s experience also includes four years at Bruntwood, a UK property company, and four years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, in additional to a secondment to the RBS Global Restructuring Group during the global financial crisis. Erika is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and holds an MSc in Real Estate and BSc in International Management.
