Hamish Potts

Hamish is a Director in JLL’s Tenant Representation team in Warsaw. Previously he was the first ESG Officer at Poland’s largest office centre, the Olivia Centre in Gdańsk. Living in Poland since 2006, he has 15 years’ experience on the Polish real estate market, representing occupiers, developers and funds and has completed transactions in all of Poland’s major cities. He specialises in supporting international clients rationalize their portfolios in Poland. Hamish is a keen proponent for sustainable spaces and solutions, living car-free on the Polish coast.
