Malgorzata Kosinska is the president and co-founder of the REIT Poland Association, which has been working since 2016 to introduce legislative solutions for the introduction of a law on the area of real estate investment. The Association organizes meetings and conferences, and maintains regular contact with international organizations dealing with REITs, such as EPRA.
Malgorzata has been a Real Estate Appraiser since 1993 (license number 218), member of the Mazovian Association of Real Estate Appraisers, President of the Association since 2015. She initiated and coordinated the translation of the TEGOVA real estate valuation standards into Polish. She is a long-time member of RICS. She is also a member of the Real Estate Committee of the National Chamber of Commerce.
Currently, she runs M.K. Real Estate, a company dealing with valuation and strategic consulting and conducting real estate sales processes, and sits on the Supervisory Board of the listed company REINO Capital. In addition, she teaches postgraduate courses for future Real Estate Valuers and Real Estate Managers.
In the past, she has held many management positions in real estate and development companies, among them she was the President of CBF “NOWY ŚWIAT” S.A (the Stock Exchange building and the former “K C” building), worked for 10 years in the development company Prelios, BZ WBK S.A. as Director of the Real Estate Department. At the beginning of her career as a Valuer, she worked at Knight Frank Real Estate (formerly Price Waterhouse Real Estate), as Director of the Valuation Department.
Małgorzata is a graduate of The Warsaw University of Technology and Sheffield Hallam University.
