Mike is the EMEA Capital Markets Manager for DHL Supply Chain Real Estate Solutions based in London.
Mike has over 35 years of real estate experience benefiting from a wide & diverse experience that provides him with a unique perspective on real estate markets today.
Mike spent his initial years in London and has since then has spent many years in CEE having lived & worked in Budapest, Prague and Warsaw. He has also spent 10 years in the Middle East with a couple of years in France.
Having been a Capital Markets agent for the majority of his career Mike has recently made the move to DHL Real Estate Solutions and is responsible for their Capital Markets transactions across Europe. DHL Real Estate Solutions looks to develop their own Supply Chain projects and exit those into the international investor market.
Over the last 5 years Mike has been involved with some of Europe’s larger logistics portfolio transactions such as P3’s Apex Portfolio in 2021 and DHL’s Project Ceres in 2022 and is currently involved with numerous DHL transactions across Europe.
