Mirela Calota

Mirela is an experienced transaction support professional, having evenly split her career between the UK and the CEE. In her role as a Director in Deal Advisory at KPMG London, Mirela advises large institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and private real estate funds on UK and pan-European deals across various real estate asset classes such as student accommodation, commercial offices, hospitality, retail/shopping malls, industrial/warehousing/logistics and residential. She has also advised on a number of large infrastructure assets in the UK and across Europe, including inter-alia airports, car parking, ports and rolling stock companies. Mirela is a regular speaker at property conferences and events, particularly around market trends and the real estate deal environment.
