Monika Debska-Pastakia FRICS MRTPI – Chartered Surveyor (UK) and Chartered Town Planner (UK), Polish licensed valuer, licensed broker, RICS Commercial Mediator, PLGBC Board Member and real estate advisor with over 30 years’ experience in the UK and CEE, having worked with global investment funds, financial institutions, HNWs and developers, of which 23 years were dedicated to the development and management of Knight Frank in Poland. Over the last 5 years focusing on sustainability in the built environment including buildings’ retrofit finance, circular economy and ESG impact on real estate values in Europe. Joined KPMG in 2023 as Head of Real Estate within Deal Advisory providing advice on restructuring and repositioning of real estate portfolios including ESG-related property strategies, sustainable finance and commercial real estate transactions. Completing MST in Sustainability in the Build Environment at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University.
