Nicolae Ciobanu has over 17 years’ of experience in real estate. He started at BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2018, beginning as a Senior Consultant at the Office Agency Department, In March 2020 to was promoted to Associate Director, Head of Office Agency. Presently, Nicolae holds the position of Managing Partner & Head of Advisory at Fortim Trusted Advisors, the alliance of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Romania.
Nicolae is now Managing Partner and Head of Advisory, overseeing key business lines such as Valuation, Office, Industrial, Retail, and Capital Market Agency, along with driving research and consultancy initiatives. Throughout his career, Nicolae has facilitated over 200,000 square meters of office leasing transactions. His portfolio includes the likes of Harman Kardon, Orange, Fortech, UMT Software, Pro TV, Grohe, The Home, Kruk International, Asseco SEE, Cegeka, and Sika. Nicolae has also taken over the exclusive leasing mandate for Hexagon Offices from Cluj-Napoca.
He is the driving force behind the growth of the real estate market in Romania and is dedicated to assisting international companies in establishing and expanding their presence in the country.
