Oleg Fedulin

Oleg is a seasoned finance professional, focusing on real estate finance and investment over the last 15 years. He has been working at EBRD since 2012 and is a Senior Banker with the Property and Tourism team, based in London. At EBRD, Oleg is responsible for origination and execution of real estate debt and equity transactions (including property funds) in Ukraine, the Baltic States and certain CEE markets. He is passionate about sustainable real estate and complex urban regeneration projects. Oleg is a CFA Charterholder.
