Maciej Tuszyński is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate. He began his career in 1997 with roles at Bank of America and Bank Austria Creditanstalt, and in 2002 assumed a managerial position at Bank BPH. Maciej transitioned into real estate finance in 2008, heading the Commercial Real Estate Finance Department at Bank BPH and later opening and managing the Warsaw office of Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank.
From 2015 to 2021, Maciej led Griffin Property Finance (GPF), a commercial real estate debt fund, one of the first non-bank real estate lenders in Poland and CEE. Since 2021, he has served as Managing Director Europe at Fortress Logistics Real Estate, overseeing logistics developments and investments of Fortress across the region.
Maciej holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) license number 19991 and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navarra.
