Tom is the founder and owner of several platforms involved in operational real estate in Poland including Leach & Lang, Leach & McGuire, Active Management and Sphere Asset Management. He is principally responsible for business development and liaison with investors as well as internally overseeing the day-to-day running of the businesses including company strategy, recruitment and staff welfare. Aside from English, Tom speaks fluent Polish, French and Spanish.
