Maciej Piotrowicz leads Urban Partners’ (formerly Nrep) Real Estate transactions and portfolio management in Poland. Before joining the company in 2022, he advised private equity clients across CEE at McKinsey & Company. During his tenure, Urban Partners has built a robust portfolio in logistics and living sectors, including key acquisitions (7R, BIK) and the launch of PRS and co-living platforms – Lett and Noli Studios.
