The Warsaw Property Tour 2026

Monday 11 May

Warsaw has transformed beyond recognition in the last few years and continues to evolve year by year. The annual Warsaw Property Tour, for international participants of The CEE Summit, is a unique opportunity to visit the key projects that are in planning, under construction or recently launched – and meet the decision-makers and market-shapers behind them.

The tour is for international participants of The CEE Summit. If you would like to join, please contact Richard Stephens, Founder & Editor of The Poland Observer (richard.stephens(at)polandobserver.com).

Tour Agenda

13:30 – Meet at AFI Home Metro Szwedzka (next to the Metro Szwedzka station)

14:00 – Start of Tour: Viewing of AFI Home Metro Szwedzka, hosted by AFI Poland

A revitalized former factory on the eastern part of Warsaw, AFI Home Metro Szwedzka is a unique place for those who appreciate comfort, design and urban rhythm. Fully furnished flats, creative spaces and a prime location right on the metro.

The group will then head to the other side of the river via Warsaw’s state-of-the-art metro system. It currently consists of two lines, the north–south M1 line, which links central Warsaw with its densely populated northern and southern districts, and the east–west M2 line. We will travel on this line, from Metro Szwedzka to Rondo Daszyńskiego in the rapidly-developing post-industrial district of Wola.

Site visits to the following projects:

Browary Warszawskie is one of Warsaw’s most popular hotspots, a former brewery transformed into a thriving mixed-use destination by Echo Investment. At Citi’s office, tour participants will hear from the company why they chose Warsaw as one of their most important locations, and their perspectives of the business future of Warsaw and the country. Broadway Malyan will then lead participants on a short tour of the office, describing how modern tenant – and employee – requirements are transforming how office space is designed.

One of Europe’s largest and most dynamic urban transformations currently under development, Towarowa 22 is a 6.5 ha ‘mega district’ jointly under development by AFI Poland and Echo Investment that combines office, living, retail, leisure and gastronomy in one location. Built on a former printing house, the area’s history has been kept by the developers, making for a unique atmosphere.

Norblin Factory is a 2-hectare site in Warsaw’s Wola district filled with unique history. The area, which was a neglected pearl of post-industrial architecture for years, is now a new part of the city with offices, shops, restaurants, cafes, Food Town, an eco-bazaar, a boutique cinema and an open-air museum commemorating the history of one of the largest industrial enterprises of the former Kingdom of Poland!
