Sebastian Kieć leads the Polish branch of AFI as CEO, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has been with the company since 2007 – initially as the Chief Financial Officer – and has since been implementing strategic initiatives related to the expansion of AFI’s portfolio in Poland, which by the end of 2025 will include, among other projects, over 2,200 completed PRS units. AFI is also an investor, developer, and asset manager of top-tier office and mixed-use projects such as Towarowa22 and T-Mobile Office Park in Warsaw, as well as V.Offices in Kraków.
Before joining AFI, Sebastian held managerial positions at BSR Europe, PwC, and Coca-Cola. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and a certified accountant (CPA), accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
