Michał Orłowski leads leasing and asset management at Karimpol Polska, one of the region’s top commercial real estate developers. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has completed over 200,000 sqm of office leasing across 50+ buildings, including Warsaw landmarks like SEZAM, Atrium Tower, and Mokotowska Square.
He previously held senior roles at Revetas, BBI Development, DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, and BNP Paribas, also acting in regional cities across Poland.
Michał holds a Master of Law from the University of Warsaw, and studied American law at the University of Florida and British/European law at the University of Cambridge. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), former RICS member, and a certified ESG Manager by the Polish Federation of Real Estate.
At Karimpol, he oversees flagship projects such as the Skyliner Office Complex, having secured 100% occupancy. Phase 2, currently under construction, will offer 24,000 sqm of GLA with a strong focus on sustainability, tenant comfort, and intelligent building technologies.
