Thomas Kaechele

Thomas is responsible for managing commercial real estate assets in Continental Europe and is based in Frankfurt. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. He started his career in project management and engineering, and then moved to specialise in property asset and investment management, initially leading the management of the German commercial property portfolio of ING Real Estate Investment Management in Frankfurt. More recently, Thomas worked for a private real estate development company in Germany, and served on the board of a joint venture with RREEF, the real estate investment management business of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, and holds a degree in construction engineering.
