Petra Blazkova joined Catella Group as Head of Research & Strategy in October 2025 and works closely with senior management, investment and advisory teams to shape the research agenda and support data-driven decision-making.
Based in Munich, Petra has a cross-company role working with Catella’s pan-European investment and advisory operations. She is responsible for the Catella House View, defining and implementing a research strategy aligned with Catella’s business objectives, navigating market shifts, and focusing on emerging trends, economic drivers, and competitive positioning.
Petra has over 20 years of experience advising real estate investors and fund managers. Joining Catella from LaSalle Investment Management, where she held the role of Europe Head of Core and Core-plus Research & Strategy, Petra has previously held senior positions in both Asia and Europe at Real Capital Analytics (RCA), CBRE, and JLL.
Petra holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School at the University of Reading. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Living Concepts Council and INREV, serving on the Research Committee.
