Żaneta Bałdowska (Leader)

Żaneta Bałdowska is an advocate and counsel in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS in Poland. She specialises in transactional real estate law. In particular, she deals with office, commercial and hotel real estate transactions, representing local and international investors and funds operating in the CEE region. She has taken part in numerous projects from the logistics and residential sector. Her experience covers a broad scope of projects at each stage of the investment process. She has also supported clients in structuring transactions, financing and refinancing of real estate, as well as in obtaining insurance transactions.
