Gábor Borbély

Gábor Borbély has been working at CBRE, the world’s leading real estate advisory firm, since 2006.  Besides his role in the Budapest office, he was coordinating the analysts’ team in CEE for years. In 2011, he was promoted to Head of Research and Consultancy at the Budapest office. He was part of the investment team and then for a year he was leading the local valuation team hence he gathered valuable experience across many fields in the real estate industry. His responsibilities include leading the market research department and being the key spokesman to clients and press. He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences. From 2024 he has been heading the market analysis team for the entire Central and Eastern European region. Gábor holds a master degree in finance and macroeconomics.
