With over 20 years of experience, Kinga specializes in transaction support and strategic advisory. Her expertise encompasses complex M&A deals, financial due diligence, acquisition accounting, negotiation of share purchase agreements, and comprehensive post-deal services. She is highly skilled at advising clients on real estate efficiency management, providing expert witness support in real estate and construction litigation proceedings, assisting with portfolio and property restructuring, and delivering tailored construction and development support services. Kinga is dedicated to creating significant value for her clients by helping them navigate complex market dynamics and achieve their strategic objectives.
Kinga is also the founder of the PwC Real Estate Center of Excellence (RE CoE). Under her leadership, this strategic initiative provides integrated back-office services for real estate clients in Poland, covering lease accounting, lease management, business analytics, and comprehensive accounting and tax compliance services, all designed to optimize client operations and support their sustained growth.
Her vast experience spans assignments across Poland, EMEA, and the Middle East, serving a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients.
Kinga is a qualified accountant (ACCA), a board member of Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
