Paweł Czupryna is a senior executive with more than 22 years of experience in capital markets, real estate, and institutional fundraising across European financial markets.
He is the Managing Partner of Masketan, Multi Family Office as well as Director of Capital Markets at Capital Park. Before that, he was Senior Fundraising Director at MCI Capital, where he led investor relations and fundraising activities for a portfolio with more than €650 million in assets under management across private equity and real estate strategies.
Paweł has extensive experience working with capital market institutions and public markets. He has served as an Advisor to the Budapest Stock Exchange and as Poland Advisor to the London Stock Exchange. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Raiffeisen Centrobank, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays Capital in London.
Paweł holds a Bachelor of Arts from Middlesex University and an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, delivered in partnership with London Business School, HEC Paris, and NHH Norwegian School of Economics.
