Bartosz is managing Fortress Europe leasing and asset management team. He is responsible for promoting available properties as well as for negotiating and closing leasing deals. He coordinates with our Property Managers and works with our Tenants. Bartosz is also very active in potential new developments, cooperation with developers, investors and he is seeking new opportunities across the CEE region.
Bartosz has over 18 years of experience in Real Estate market. He has vast experience in Leasing, Property and Asset Management as well as in Facility Management. Prior to joining the Fortress Real Estate team, Bartosz was the Development & Strategic Clients Director at Waimea Holdings, where he was responsible for coordinating all leasing and property management activities for all assets in the group.
Bartosz has a wide range of management experience across retail and property industries, due to working for a range of companies including Atalian, IMO Car Wash Group, Sodexo, BPT Real Estate, DTZ, Real Hypermarkets Chain and Ahold. He holds a master’s degree in business/Managerial Economics from the University of Lodz.
