Łukasz is Co-Head of Asset Management Europe at Manova Partners, co-responsible for the firm’s European asset management strategy, and directly leads the CEE and Nordics team managing a portfolio of over 1.1 million sqm, with a primary focus on office assets across major markets including Warsaw, Prague and the Nordic capitals. His broader experience spans logistics, retail and mixed-use assets, reflecting the diversified nature of Manova’s EMEA portfolio.
Łukasz started his career in real estate law and spent over a decade at Hines Polska, progressing from Lawyer to Head of Legal before transitioning into asset management as Asset Management Director, where he oversaw office and logistics assets through the full investment cycle – from acquisition and financing through to leasing strategy and disposal.
He holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, UK, a Master of Law from the University of Law and Commerce, Warsaw, and is a qualified attorney-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association.
