Paweł Sobolewski is responsible for overseeing KINGSTONE Real Estate’s investment operations, as well as supervising fund structures and real estate portfolios. He focuses on the management of investment funds, SPV structures, and the execution of international investment strategies, with particular emphasis on operational efficiency and long-term financial performance.
Paweł brings more than 13 years of professional experience in real estate fund management and institutional investments across the European market. For many years, he was associated with Real I.S. AG, where he was responsible for managing institutional funds with assets of approximately EUR 2.3 billion, as well as transactions totaling around EUR 1 billion within pan-European investment mandates. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in transaction advisory and risk analysis at Alvarez & Marsal and Deloitte Consulting, as well as in transaction management at ECE Projektmanagement. Paweł graduated from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and also completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Asset Management at IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School.
