Agata Stańkowska serves as Director, Head of Leasing at Balmain Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic leasing, asset positioning and portfolio commercialisation across retail, office, and logistics sectors. She specialises in the development and execution of long-term leasing strategies, tenant mix optimisation, and value-driven asset enhancement for shopping centres, retail parks, and logistics centres.
Prior to joining Balmain Group, she was responsible for the leasing of commercial, office, and industrial assets under the AIG Lincoln portfolio.
At Balmain, Agata leads the CEE leasing team and remains directly involved in all leasing activities across both existing assets and new developments within the company’s retail portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader investment and asset management objectives.
