Agnieszka Jankowska has over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate market.
She started her career in the commercial real estate industry in the leasing department of Neinver Polska. She joined the CBRE team in 2010 as Portfolio Manager. For a number of years, Agnieszka has been promoted to higher levels of the organization, taking the position of Associate Director in 2016 as a Market Unit Leader in the CEE region for one of CBRE’s leading clients. After 2020, Agnieszka focused on handling transactions in investment areas in Poland, including Data Center.
Agnieszka supports property owners in preparing land for Data Center investments, is responsible for serving clients from the data center sector in Poland, as well as the development of CBRE services dedicated to the data center sector.
She cooperates with investors, developers and data center operators, supporting their needs from the stage of searching for investment areas through advising at every stage of investment implementation and management of existing facilities.
From 2023, CBRE joined the Polish Data Center Association.
She has experience in cooperation with clients from the following industries: petrol stations, energy storage, residential, office, service and commercial industries. Agnieszka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of real estate management and a licensed real estate agent.
Agnieszka has extensive experience in optimizing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients’ real estate, including negotiating lease transactions, purchase/sale of developed and undeveloped real estate in various sectors of the real estate market.
