Anna Wiśniewska is an advocate in the Real Estate and Construction Practice at CMS in Poland. She has specialized in real estate transactions for 17 years, representing developers, banks, local and international investors, and funds active in the CEE region. She advises on property sales and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the office, logistics, and Private Rented Sector (PRS) markets. Her experience includes advising on the acquisition, development, and management of residential rental properties, particularly in the context of the growing PRS sector, where she provides strategic guidance to both developers and investors.
Anna has participated in numerous real estate transactions, including the sale of enterprises, assets, shares, as well as joint ventures, build-to-suit, and buy-and-leaseback projects, involving major shopping and office centers in Warsaw.
Her professional experience extends to advising on build-to-suit (BTS) investments and construction projects. She also supports clients in negotiating commercial leases for office, warehouse, and retail spaces, serving both landlords and key tenants.
Prior to joining CMS, Anna was associated with internationally recognized law firms in the real estate market, including Greenberg Traurig and Hogan Lovells.
Anna was awarded the title of Real Estate European Rising Star 2019 by Euromoney.
