Conor Gleeson is Co-Founder of BARTEK Real Estate, an investment platform focused on delivering institutional-grade residential projects in Poland’s emerging Private Rented Sector (PRS).
Conor is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing investment opportunities, as well as leading capital raising efforts and investor relationships. BARTEK works in partnership with OPG Property Professionals, a local delivery platform with over 20 years’ experience in development, construction, and property management across Poland.
Prior to founding BARTEK, Conor trained as an accountant and gained experience across finance and investment roles, developing a strong foundation in financial structuring, analysis, and transaction execution. His work today is focused on identifying early-stage opportunities in high-growth urban markets and delivering projects from acquisition through to stabilisation and exit.
Conor is based in Dublin and works closely with partners and investors across Ireland, the UK, and continental Europe.
