Dr Filip Czernicki, CEO of CPK, is a Doctor of Law, attorney at law, and university lecturer specialising in aviation law, corporate law, NGO law, project management, and business consulting.
With extensive experience in the aviation industry, he led strategic projects at Polish Airports (PPL), including the expansion of Chopin Airport and Chopin Airport City. He chaired the Supervisory Board of Szczecin Goleniów Airport and served as the Plenipotentiary for the launch of Modlin Airport. He also oversaw corporate governance and investments at PPL.
A Prince2 certified project manager and author of publications on aviation law, he has been involved in social organisations, co-creating a student legal clinic network, coordinating non-profit programmes, and supporting Ukrainian refugees. He is a member of the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw and President of the Global Alliance for Justice Education.
Dr Czernicki holds degrees from the University of Warsaw and the German Law School in cooperation with the University of Bonn. He speaks English, German, and Russian.
