BPI Real Estate Poland

Frederik is an experienced executive with more than 20 years of expertise in the real estate
and construction sectors across Belgium and Central & Eastern Europe. He has been with BPI
Real Estate since 2008, where he began his career as a Project Manager in Belgium. He later
held the positions of Developer and Head of Development in Belgium and abroad,
overseeing the delivery of complex residential and mixed-use projects. Most recently, as
COO of BPI Real Estate Belgium, he was responsible, together with his team, for the
optimization of the design and the construction of real estate developments while keeping
the right balance between ESG standards, investment cost and sales income.
Since February 2026, he has served as Country Director of BPI Real Estate Poland.
Between 2013 and 2016, he helped build BPI Real Estate’s operational structures in Poland,
managing the growth of the residential development portfolio in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań,
and Gdańsk. His experience covers the full investment cycle – from land acquisition and
financing structuring, through design and construction phases, to commercialization and
handover to clients. Before joining BPI, he gained professional experience within the CFE
Group, as part of their general contractor, active in Belgium, Hungary, Slovakia, and
Romania.
He graduated in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven and also completed a Master in Real
Estate at the Antwerp Management School. Frederik is actively involved in supporting the
development of the real estate sector and young talent, including serving as a lecturer and
as the initiator of the Real Estate Society Awards, which aims to celebrate yearly the best
real estate developments in Belgium.

BPI Real Estate Poland recently acquired a property at 1a Moniuszki Street in Warsaw with its long-term JV partner, CPI Property Group. The 20-storey office building, offering 9,860 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), will continue to serve its existing function for the timebeing, but a long-term plan is to transform it into residential use through a sustainable reconversion strategy.
