Grzegorz Kaczorowski

Grzegorz is Director of the Economic Development Department of the City of Warsaw, responsible for investment projects, entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem support, as well as economic promotion. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Since 2009 he has been professionally associated with the subject of public-private partnership. Coordinator of preparatory and implementation work on investments carried out under the PPP formula and concessions, mainly concerning the development of multifunctional urban spaces. He is the author of expert publications on PPP issues, as well as an experienced manager and trainer in the field of project management and business law, specialising in large investment projects.
