Ian has 44 years of logistics experience across 13 European countries. He has been involved in and overseen the development and management of over €6Bn value and in excess of 6 million sqm of logistics space. He was CEO of P3 Logistic Parks 2009-2019, growing the platform from circa €265m – €4.2Bn with three owners: Arcapita Bank (Bahrain), T.P.G (USA) / Ivanhoe Cambridge (Canada), and G.I.C (Singapore)
More recently he was MD Europe of Trammell Crow Company from 2021-2023, starting a team from scratch to build a development business on site and in planning of €0.5bn in 22 months. Prior, he was at Gazeley (GLP) for 11 years, initiating their European expansion, and before that he spent 16 years as a broker with Strutt and Parker from 1981- 1997.
Ian has a proven ability to build and manage platforms across Europe. He is a Past Chairman of Industrial Agents Society UK and a published author of children’s books ‘The Crush Series.’
