She was previously associated with IPOPEMA Securities brokerage house as ECM Team Leader at director level in investment banking, and has a successful track record and solid expertise in equity financing on the Polish capital market (IPO, SPO, ABB) with extensive knowledge and experience in structuring and conducting transactions for public companies from various sectors.
In addition, she has advised private companies in obtaining follow-on financing rounds (VC financing, pre-IPO) and has hands on experience in M&A processes. She started her professional career at PwC and holds a stockbroker license.
