Prior to establishing the Balmain Group in 2003, James held various senior positions with Westfield over a ten-year career, culminating in establishing their European shopping centre business in London in 1998. James has been directly involved with 2.7 million sqm and EUR 10.5 billion of shopping centre assets over his thirty six-year career in real estate. James leads the strategy and investments for the Balmain Group.
