I am a senior maritime and transport professional working at the intersection of port development, terminal operations and transport infrastructure. My experience spans passenger ports, cargo terminals and railway logistics, with a strong focus on long-term infrastructure planning and implementation. As Chairperson of the Board at LLC “Riga Ropax Terminal”, I lead the development of a new Ro-Pax terminal in Riga, including strategic planning, cooperation with cruise and ferry operators, stakeholder coordination and securing financing for the development of a new passenger port by 2030. In parallel, I serve as a Member of the Management Board at JSC “Baltijas Tranzīta Serviss”, a private railway carrier, and at RIGA PORT JSC, the holding company of several cargo terminals in Riga. In these roles, I contribute to strategic decision-making, governance and operational development across different segments of the transport and logistics sector. My professional background is supported by Master’s degrees in Business Administration, International Law and Finance. I bring together legal expertise, commercial insight and practical understanding of transport operations to support complex infrastructure and development projects. I actively participate in industry discussions and speak on topics related to law, ports and transport infrastructure. I am particularly interested in solutions that connect policy, infrastructure, operations and commercial reality, and in promoting professional diversity and leadership within the maritime sector.
