Katarzyna Kotkowska joined the SEGRO team at the end of 2019. As the Director of the Poland & Czech Republic Investment Department, she is responsible for SEGRO’s acquisition and disposal activities in the region and oversees the valuation of over 1.8 million square metres of modern logistics and warehouse space located in Poland and Czech Republic.
She has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before starting her career at SEGRO, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Savills in the valuation, advisory, and market research departments. She holds a property valuer’s license and is a member of RICS.
