Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, Interim Head of Asset Management & Leasing at Palmira Capital Partners and CEO of Immo Consulting, is an expert in the commercial real estate and logistics sector, with over 25 years of professional experience. She held director-level positions at international advisory firms (Savills, BNP Paribas Real Estate), as well as at development companies and investment funds (including EQT Exeter, Goodman/GLP, and Menard Doswell), where she built teams and business lines from the ground up and was responsible for their strategic growth and expansion.
She has been nominated for numerous prestigious awards, including Businesswoman of the Year (Sukces Pisany Szminką Foundation), EuropaProperty WIRE Awards (Professional of the Year 2017), Personality of the Year (Eurobuild Awards), and Agent of the Year (Panattoni).

Katarzyna holds a degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She holds professional licenses as a real estate broker and property manager.
