Konrad Płochocki is an attorney-at-law and real estate expert with nearly 20 years of experience spanning legal advisory, market regulation, and business strategy. He currently serves as Co-Director Poland at Alides, a multinational developer and real estate investor, and sits on the supervisory boards of Archicom S.A., Nowy Adres S.A., and PZFD, while also serving as a Board Member at Build Europe.
He holds a law degree with honors from the University of Warsaw, studied at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, and is an alumnus of Columbia Business School’s AMP Program. Twice ranked among Poland’s 100 most influential lawyers by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, he has lectured at SGH Warsaw School of Economics for over a decade and co-authored a commentary on bankruptcy and restructuring law.
For 12 years, Płochocki served as Director General of PZFD, during which membership grew from 89 to 330 and the organization expanded into new market segments including office, logistics, retail, PRS, and investment funds. He also launched the EcoAvengers campaign promoting sustainability across the real estate sector. As a Build Europe board member, he participates in European Commission consultations on EU Taxonomy and ESG requirements.
