At Barceló, Małgorzata is responsible for driving growth through new partnerships, lease contracts, hotel management agreements, and asset acquisitions. She brings over a decade of professional experience in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining Barceló, she held development roles at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and B&B HOTELS, focusing on chain expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.
