I am a co-founder of Trebbi Polska, a Polish engineering and consultancy company supporting domestic and international real estate and construction investors. I have many years of managerial and advisory experience in areas such as strategy, risk management, business development, corporate governance, and investment oversight.
I have worked with numerous Polish and international investors (including Kapsch Via-toll, Wedel, CPI Group, Echo Investment, Amazon, Ikea, DHL) and large construction, consultancy, and real estate companies. My project portfolio includes over PLN 10 billion in completed investment value.
This background enables me to combine a long-term growth perspective with a responsible approach to current business challenges and risks. I integrate deep technical knowledge with a business mindset, helping companies grow effectively through investments. I also have expertise in investment control and implementation, including in the context of decarbonisation and ESG strategies.
Completing the postgraduate program “Supervisory Boards for Leaders” at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School further prepared me to serve in supervisory board roles. As an independent supervisory board member, I aim to apply my advisory and leadership experience to support the company in investments, sustainable development, and upholding the highest oversight standards.
I am the Co-Chair of the ESG Council of the Urban Land Institute Poland.
By education, I am a licensed civil engineer. I actively participate in industry organizations promoting high standards of management and sustainability.
