Michał Białas

Michał Białas serves as Co-CEO and Member of the Board at 7R, where he is responsible for Development, Land Acquisition, Leasing, Construction, Sustainability, and cooperation with the team of architects. He joined the company in September 2022 as Head of Business Development, responsible for expanding the real estate portfolio and leading leasing activities. Prior to joining 7R, Michał led the Polish operations of industrial real estate investor Accolade and served as a Board Member of the Accolade SICAV fund. He holds degrees from IMD, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Warsaw School of Economics, and SWPS University.
