Pawel Malon is an engineer turned private equity investor turned entrepreneur. He is currently the CEO of SINGU Group – a European leader in cloud-based software for property, facility, maintenance, ESG, and building operations management. The Group brings together SINGU, Micad by SINGU, Synbiotix by SINGU and net-haus by SINGU — combining deep regional expertise and decades of domain knowledge into a unified, future-focused real estate technology platform. Pawel is responsible for driving the global growth of combined platform, which currently enables efficient property operations for over 250 million square meters of commercial real estate across over 40 countries.
Pawel is committed to digitizing the real estate industry, which is undergoing rapid and disruptive digital transformation, and empowering owners and operators of property portfolios with the expertise and tools to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.
Before SINGU, Pawel was a private equity investor, where he gained significant experience in driving digital transformation and business growth across various industries, in management, advisory, and board roles. He started his career in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, following a stint as a Computational Crash Analyst at Jaguar Land Rover.
Pawel holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Loughborough University. He sits on the European Logistics Council within the Urban Land Institute.
