Rafał Proczek

Rafał Proczek – highly accomplished real estate executive with over 15 years of experience in investment, asset management, and transaction execution across Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management Poland at Investika Polska Services, where he oversees a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding 430,000 sqm. Previously, he led Polish operations at Greenstone. Before that, he held senior roles at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Rafał holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is an alumnus of the Warsaw University of Technology and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
