Renata Kusznierska

Renata Kusznierska is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Property sector in Central Europe (CE). She has expertise in Property & Asset Management, Leasing, and Development. Renata has worked for renowned companies such as DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Selina Hostels, and Quarters Co-living, gaining valuable experience in the industry. For 14 years, Renata actively contributed to the growth of the Shopping Center market in Poland while managing the Retail Agency for Central Europe. She played a crucial role in building the market and establishing successful retail properties in the country. In recent years, Renata has shifted her focus to the Living sector. She has worked for Selina Hostels and Quarters Co-living, and currently serves as the Regional Director and Board Member for the Polish entity of YOUNIQ Living. YOUNIQ Living is part of Corestate Capital and CRM Students, and Renata has been managing its operations in Poland.
Renata holds an Executive MBA from Apsley Business School and a Master’s degree in Economy and Property Valuation from Sheffield Hallam University. She is a Member of the Real Estate Committee in the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG), further contributing to the real estate industry in Poland.
